An almost-empty nester couple decided to finally remodel their Master and hallway bathroom to suit the needs of their last child. Their design sense was inclined toward something clean, relaxing, and non-provoking.
In the Master Bathroom, there was an old jacuzzi and a shower built in the same travertine; as well as a large wall mirror and giant vanity, which they were tired of cleaning. In the design process, they settled on adding additional storage in the form of a linen closet, a free-standing tub, and a curbless shower. On top of that, the color was changed to calm spa-like colors.
In the hallway bathroom, the outdated materials like the fiberglass tub/shower insert and worn-out flooring were replaced with neutral colors, a contemporary tiled shower with a glass enclosure, and a built-in shower niche
